General Questions

Question: How do I get storage for my wine?
Answer: Request an application by emailing us at:  wine@vintagestorage.com.

Question: Will VSI receive and store my wine for me from a winery or somewhere else?
Answer: VSI will receive your wine shipment, inspect it for damage, and store your wine in your locker or a holding area. Nominal fee may apply.

Question: How long does it take to get my wine out of storage?
Answer: Wine is available for pick-up at any time during business hours. Requests for non-business hours pickup will be accommodated if possible. Fees may apply.

Question: What about power outages?
Answer: Technicians are on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year to restore power to VSI systems.

Question: Can my wine store or favorite winery ship directly to VSI?
Answer: Yes. VSI will accept any shipment(s) and place it in your locker or a holding area.

Insurance Questions

Question: Does VSI have insurance?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Does VSI insurance cover my wine?
Answer: No.

Question: Can I insure my wine collection through my homeowner’s or tenant’s insurance policy?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Can VSI assist in helping me purchase a separate insurance policy to cover my wine?
Answer: Yes.
